  Mandi Schultz, DPT

 Mandi grew up in Decorah, IA.  Following high school, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout, where she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Dietetics and a double minor in Biology and Psychology.  After graduation, Mandi decided to further her education by attending Des Moines University-Osteopathic Medical Center.  She graduated with a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy.  Mandi continued on with her studies to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. 

Advanced education in physical therapy makes Mandi uniquely qualified to diagnose and treat all patient conditions.  Mandi utilizes a manual approach to healing, proven to deliver the best results in her treatments.  She finds significant results through the use of deep tissue myofascial techniques, combined with exercise and stabilization programs.  Each individual is evaluated as a whole vs. one part of the body.  Mandi’s focus as a Doctor of physical therapy is education, prevention, and lifelong management of physical therapy related conditions in pursuit of patient wellness. 

Tyler Schultz, Director of Operations

Tyler is a native to Rochester, MN and graduated from Mayo High School.  Following high school, he attended St. Cloud State University, where he graduated with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Applied Sociology and Gerontology.  Tyler has worked for several years in the MPLS/St. Paul area managing high rises and senior communities.  Tyler’s expertise in marketing and the managing of businesses has lead him to one of his greatest challenges, opening a private practice clinic in Rochester, MN. 

Danielle Johnson, MPT

Danielle graduated in 1998 from Mayo Clinic with her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy.  Upon graduation, Danielle worked at Saint Elizabeth's Medical Center in Wabasha, MN.  At Saint Elizabeth's, Danielle received the Circle of Excellence Award for the creation of a wellness and fitness program designed for diabetic and overweight patients.  In 2002, Danielle moved to Seattle, where sho worked at the University of Washington, Exercise Training Center.  There she focused on outpatient orthopedics, manual therapy and fitness training.  While in Seattle, Danielle also helped develop a womens health program aimed at the treatment of urinary incontinence, pelvic dysfunction and pelvic pain.  Upon moving to Ohio in 2004, Danielle worked at an outpatient  clinic where she continued to focus on women's health and also started a specialized program for the treatment of MS and other neurological  disorders.  In 2010, Danielle and her family moved back to ROchester, MN where her husband continues his research at the Mayo Clinic.  In her spare time, Danielle enjoys keeping active and spending time with her husband and two children.

Danielle Schreier, Office Manager

Danielle and her husband Esden moved to Pine Island from Phoenix, Arizona in February 2010. She was born and raised in Cashton, Wisconsin, which is located near La Crosse. Danielle and her husband moved back to the area to be closer to family and friends.
 
Danielle graduated high school in 2007, and went on to school for Cosmetology immediately after high school. After she graduated from Cosmetology school, Danielle and Esden moved to Phoenix AZ in 2008 as her husband was attending college. She worked as a Medical Assistant at an Allergy, Ear, Nose and Throat Center in Scottsdale Arizona. She really enjoyed working with the patients and spreading cheer throughout the clinic.
 
Danielle joined the Family Physical Therapy and Wellness Center staff in March 2010 as the office manager. Danielle loves working in a smaller office setting where she can get to know each patient individually.
